I recently found these Keto friendly tator tots. They are sooo good!! Simple ingredients and easy to make.
This is where I found the recipe! Try making it your own like I did. It was super hard to get the shape but they were really delicious! I omitted one of the Panko breads and cooked them for a little bit longer to make them crispy. Keep an eye on them.
• 1 head of uncooked broccoli
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 diced onion
• 1 cup of cheddar cheese
• 1 cup of Panko breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp of parsley or cilantro
• 1/2 tsp salt and pepper or to taste
• 1 garlic clove minced
Preheat oven to 400. Blanch the broccoli for 1 minute. Mix all ingredients, shape into cylinder rolls like tator tots, bake until golden about 18-24 minutes depending on your oven.
