Do you love smoothie’s and juices? I do! Recently I found this one and made it my own. It is not for everyone, but if you like juices you will like it. It’s strong so just drink it in small amounts. I take it as a shot a couple of times.
Ingredients:
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 thumb of ginger
• 1 thumb of turmeric
• 1 inch of a daikon radish or small red radishes
• 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp of chopped jalapenos
• 2-3 cups of frozen pineapples
Blend these all together in a Vitamix or use your favorite juicer. Enjoy!
UPDATE: I recently found another one to make that will help keep you from getting sick. It’s really good and lemony. Yum! The ingredients are below.
Ingredients:
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 limes/lemons or a combo
• 1 thumb of turmeric
• 1 thumb of ginger
• 1 handful of spinach
• 1 handful of parsley
• 1 bunch of kale
• 1 celery stick
• 1 cup of pineapples
• 5 to 6 oranges
