The Best Pumpkin Pie Recipe!

Do you love pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving? I do! I love it even more smothered with homemade whipped cream. Yum! 🤤 It’s super easy, quick and with only a few ingredients. 🧡

Here is my recipe.

• 1 can 100% pure pumpkin

• 1 12oz. can of Carnation evaporated milk

• 1/2 cup granulated sugar

• 1/2 cup light brown sugar

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1 tsp ground cinnamon

• 1 tsp ground ginger

• 1/4 tsp ground cloves

• 1/2 tsp nutmeg

• 1/8 tsp black pepper

• 2 eggs

• 1 9in deep dish pie shell

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly blended. Pour it into the pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for another 30-60 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
