We love origami! This is my son’s favorite one to make. It’s called the 8 pointed modular ninja star. Super easy, fun and cool! He showed me how to do it, so of course I had to use all the colors. I really enjoyed spending time with him re-creating this piece.

Here’s a video of how-to do this origami project. You can use any paper you like, but we think the thinner the better. Construction paper makes it bulky and hard to open and close. It also needs to be a square. You’ll see…watch the video tutorial.
