Over the weekend I made this delicious shrimp cocktail.
I will be making it again soon. It was a big hit in our household.

(The story behind it all)
I grew up in a small town and there was this place called El Sinaloense. They had the best shrimp cocktail I have ever eaten! I moved away and have always been on the lookout for something that compares. I have not been able to find a place that makes it the same way as it was in my hometown. So, I decided to make my own. Here you go!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of jumbo shrimp
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 cucumbers
- 4 large avocados
- 1 large purple onion
- a large handful of cilantro
- 3 fresh jalapenos
- 2 serrano peppers
- 6 limes
- 2 small cartons of tomatoes
- 3 teaspoons of horseradish
- 4 dashes of worchestershire sauce
- 5 dashes of tabasco sauce
- 5 dashes of hot sauce
- 1 cup of ketchup
- 1.5 cups of orange juice
- 4 cups of clamato juice
- 2 cups of V8 regular vegetable juice
- garlic, salt, and pepper to taste
That’s it. ENJOY!
