This was super delicious!
The kids said it was just as good as La Madeline.
Recipe: (serves 4)
• 4 roma tomatoes (take seeds out)
• Italian seasoning
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 6 spits of fresh basil leaves
You can add any veggies that you like to the list. Sometimes I add peas at the end.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and then cook on the stove for 15 minutes.
Don’t forget the cheese on toast to go with the soup. Yum!
Update: Ema Jones commented that she likes to add cottage cheese. That sounds even more delicious!
