My two favorite things, rainbows and smoothies!

Well, Iβm loving juices at the moment as well. You canβt have too much fruit or veg in your life.

Iβm curious, have you tried a detox smoothie yet? If not, you must try this one!
Here is the recipe:
2 bananas
2 cups of frozen or fresh wild blueberries
1 cup tightly packed cilantro
1 tsp barley grass juice powder
1 tsp spirulina
1 tbsp Atlantic dulse
2 oranges
1 cup water or coconut water
Combine everything in the blender until smooth and enjoy!
