That Spicy Red Salsa You Love!❤️

Everyone makes salsa their own way. This is mine, give or take a few ingredients. It depends what you have in your fridge. I like my salsa to have a spicy kick. If you don’t just take out the peppers.

Ingredients:
• 1 16 oz can of fire roasted diced or whole tomatoes
• 1/2 red or white onion
• 1 large poblano pepper
• 2 habanero peppers
• 3 tomatillos
• 1 dried red pepper of choice, like arbol
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 handful of cilantro
• 2 roma tomatoes
• 1 handful of small cherry tomatoes
• 1 tbs of lime juice
• Salt to taste

I roughly chop all of the fresh ingredients and then roast them. I leave the skin on everything. It gives it that lovely roasted flavor. Put your oven on 425 degrees and roast for 25 minutes on the middle rack. Then broil for 3 more minutes. Put everything in a food processor and pulse about 4 times. That’s it! Enjoy. Let me know if you try it.

P.S. If you want spicier salsa I would add 2 jalapeños, 1 serrano pepper, 2 more dried arbol peppers, and 3 little chili pequins.
