So, I made these buffalo burgers (actually they were smaller, more like sliders).
OMG! They turned out great even my 7 year old ate them.
I’m on this kick at the moment where we are not eating flour (bread).
I didn’t use bread, but it wasn’t bunless. Instead I used sweet potato. Yum!

Recipe:
• 4 sweet potatoes
• 1 purple onion
• Shallots
• 1 tomato
• Garlic cloves
• 1lb ground buffalo
• 60z tomato paste
• cumin, pepper, other favorite spices
Slice sweet potatoes, season, and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Brown chopped onion, shallots, tomato, and garlic.
Then add it to the buffalo, egg yolk, and tomato paste mixture.
Don’t forget to add the spices to the buffalo goodness.
Make patties and bake for 20 minutes.
Take out, put in the sweet potatoes and broil for 5 minutes. Done!
Make the buffalo patties with the sweet potato buns and add avocado slices with some spinach. Mmmm!!
