I made fresh lemonade and used my juicer to get the most out of the lemons. You peel the pith around the lemons and then juice them. Watch the video to see how easy it is. Itβs much less waste if you do this first and then juice it.

β’ 20 large lemons (thatβs a lot of tart juice) I used meyer lemons from our garden
β’ Boil 2 cups of sugar with 2 cups of water (simple syrup)
β’ Let it cool down for 30 minutes and then add it to the juice in a pitcher
β’ Add 5 cups of cold water or more to taste the way you want
Refrigerate or serve immediately over ice. You may need to adjust the water and sugar depending on your taste. ππβ¨
